In this project I have attempted to calculate what the real value of homes are when taking into account their age, square footage, and other factors.

Many articles list certain Utah cities being cheap for home purchase but fail to account for various factors like the age of the city or who large the parcels are. This project remedies that problem and finds where your dollar will go the farthest in various Utah cities.
